About me
How I got here.
My career has moved in a single direction: from understanding how healthcare policy gets crafted to building at its frontier.
At Harvard I studied stem cell biology and public health policy, then put that to work at the World Health Organization. The stakes were enormous and the pace measured in years.
At McKinsey I advised Fortune 500 healthcare organizations and federal and state agencies on their most challenging problems. Bringing structure and data to problems that impacted countless lives and billions of dollars.
Then four years as Chief of Staff at Redesign Health, a $1.7B venture studio, building companies hand in hand with pre-seed founders at the frontier of their industry.
What I learned across all my experiences is that today's problems are simply the ones from yesterday masquerading in different clothes. So I started my own practice to work on all of them at once.
